kvartalnov.....where?

I am attempting to make an updated roster, but need some help with players....2 of them actually. Where is roman oksiuta, sergei solomatov, and dmitri kvartalnov? I know that roman may not be in the league anymore so he isnt a big issue. Kvartalnov on the other hand, was with severstal but has left the team. did he retire or has he joind another team?
any help would be rewarded with slave labour.

I answered you about Kvartalnov in the other thread, Oksiuta has retired in last season, and as for Solomatov, I have no info. Eurohockey.net shows that he hasn't played since 2003.
